I used Google Forms to explore their concerns, and I used both open-ended and closed-ended questions.

I requested my colleagues to observe my class and provide feedback for self-improvement.

I encouraged my students to prepare presentations in groups at first and then in pairs. I supported them whenever they needed me.
I requested my colleagues to give some presentation tips to my students.
I discussed the vocabulary of related topics before assigning them to prepare a presentation.
I provided them with enough time for preparation and presentation practice.
I encouraged other students to provide feedback on others' presentations.

I was able to reveal the following causes that hindered them from presenting in class well:

Most of them have no confidence and have poor vocabulary.
Some have revealed peer pressure and bullying were the major concern
Few revealed that they don't know how to present in the classroom and have no efficiency.
A few students also shared that they have a fear of making mistakes and they needed teachers support
and they also expect teachers to be more available and concerned

6. Data Collection for Evaluation and Findings

I conducted focused group interviews with seven students.

I invited my colleague to observe my students' presentations.

I wrote a reflective journal.

While analyzing the evaluation data, I found the students were very much motivated to participate in the presentation activities. They seemed very active and enthusiastic. Students are confident enough to present in front of the class. So, I realize the need to do this kind of research in the classroom, as it is useful for us and students as well.
