Achieved 3.86 CGPA in the last semester of Diploma in Accounting

I have been awarded the dean award for every semester from semester 1 until semester 6 

I have joined Pembimbing Rakan Siswa (PERSIS) Club, UTMKL for 4 semester from 2019-2021 and was appointed as an Exco of  Pembangunan Modal Insan for 2 semester during 2020/2021

I have joined the entrepreneurship club as an active member for 2 semesters during 2020/2021

During semester 4, 2020/2021, for subject Accounting Information System, I have learned MYOB which is one of the accounting software used by most accounting companies in Malaysia. MYOB is a popular accounting and bookkeeping software in Malaysia and throughout learning, we have to create our own business and do the accounting process from identifying the transaction until coming out with the final financial statements and journal entries.

Achieved 3.50 CGPA in current semester 

During semester 2, 2022/2023, for the subject of business communication, we need to do an event which is Sarong Sports & Carnival under the UTMAC club. I was appointed to be the leader of the activity unit and I have learned various things such as how to manage a team and meet new people and from there I have learned how to communicate with others using various types of communication, Being a leader, I need to make sure that all team members do their task and I need to convey all information to other team members because I am the one who deals with the high committee to conveying the problems faced by the group members and make sure all the things that we had planned run smoothly. 

During semester 3, 2023/2024, for the subject Audit 2, I entered the audit express class for 3 weeks and obtained a pass for the test that was conducted to obtain the audit express certification and throughout the class and test, I have learned how to use the audit express system for auditors when working in real life. 

During semester 1, 2022/2023, for the subject Introduction to Entrepreneurship, we need to run a business and we decided to do a dropship for D'scruncho Adductive Cornflakes products. During the 3 months we have been running the business, we have learned how to get stock, create our own marketing strategies such as advertising online and door-to-door services, making deliveries by cash on delivery and postage and create strategies to compete with other businesses . We managed to get sales of Rm800 by selling 50 units consisting of 3 types of products.

Business nature : Selling Handbag

Promote product on social media such as Instagram, Whatsapp and Twitter

During 4 years of doing this business, I managed to sells 60 bags and the sales that I got was Rm1,800 with the profit Rm 600

Achievement: Developed positive relationships between seller and customer through friendly and excellent services and able to attract and retain existing and new customers.

Business nature : Skincare Product (Matcha Exfoliating Mask)

Calculate and organized stock everyday to make sure the business get to sustain in the market

Managed and confirmed order from marketplace (Shopee, Instagram and WhatsApp)

Prepared for packaging and shipment

During 7 months of doing this business, I have experienced almost 60% losses throughout this business because at that time the Covid-19 pandemic was not over yet and many people had unstable financial conditions to buy.

Achievement: Managed to run other businesses to build skills and successfully take risks when experiencing losses and internal problems.

Working Place : PPJ Management & Services 

Key in transaction into one of the accounting software which is UBS SYSTEM and start from organize, identify and record all the transactions

Filing documents such as sale and purchase invoice, credit and debit notes, utilities bills and others documents into each file to make sure the transactions has been key in correctly

Meeting and Communicate with clients every month to ensure that all transactions have been sent to the accountant

Ensure the debit and credit for each transaction is correct to make sure the financial statement is free from material misstatements

Deal with auditor after client's account has been completed because they need to know how the transactions has been key in , where the evidences, what types of transactions that happened during that date, when the transactions happened, which company that has been involved for that transaction and who the accountants, clients and suppliers

Achievement : Managed to complete 2 accounts from ledger to balance sheet for 2 types of business which is SDN BHD and ENTERPRISE by myself

During my degree at UTM, I have been working part-time doing Pickup Parcel Services. I managed to earn Rm20 per day and I only do this work in my free time.

Achievement: I managed to fill my free time by doing useful work and managed to cover my daily expenses
