Alot of the founding fathers said they wanted the goverment to have taxes, and they wanted the govement to control slavery & indentured servitude.

I think the federal gov. should have the power to tax people and be able to free slaves if they can't do that then why are they there if they don't have power to make important decisions so they are there for nothing they need to have money coming in for funds so everyone won't be poor and so the city or town and ect. don't enter a state of depression

In order to have an effective government, governments should have the right to free slaved children and make an equal law for the payment of taxes so people can pay a certain amount of money doesn't make them lose too much money.
