         <description><![CDATA[<div>I want to make my feedback more skills/mastery/growth based and less grade/number based.<br><br>I hope that students will become more focused on learning and less complacent (My grade is fine, I'm happy with a B, I'm failing anyway so I don't care, etc.)<br><br>I hope that I will become more able to give snapshots of current mastery, rather than, "well you got an A on this thing and an F on that thing, so now you've got a C, so I guess you're like kind of okay-ish???"</div>]]></description>
