One difference that we see is that he really does have feelings, he just never shows them. we know that he actually does have true feelings because he became happy, and sad, and wasn't afraid to show it.

When The Ghost Of Christmas Past and Scrooge are visiting Scrooge's past, Scrooge becomes more calm and nicer. On page 686, Scrooge even says how he loved his sister. Also, in his past he cared a lot about his little sister. This shows that he wasn't always mean but he use to be sweet.

in the scene scrooge changes when the past takes away the gohst by starting to f~~eel feelin~~gs. in the scene he started to think stuff through and he smiles and he reallt does think about what the gohst said about the chance and love. something that happen before affcted himself. that he became cold hearted,but he acually has a kind heart that he has been hiding.

After Christmas past came and took scrooge to see his little self he seemed nicer and regretful. He felt regretful because earlier a little boy had came to sing but Scrooge just ignored it. Now he had has seen into his past he regrets ignoring the little boy.

In the Christmas Carol Scrooge goes back into his past and he gets kinder and cries because he loved and missed his past. In the story it says,"Your lip is trembling, Scrooge. And what is that upon your cheek." So that shows that he was crying and shaking in sadness.
