As a future teacher, I will always understand and listen to my students. Every child deserves to have someone who believes in them—an adult who facilitates their success, demands that they do their best, and ultimately never gives up on them. As an educator, we are well-placed to be that person for our students. Teachers are in a unique position to both identify and understand the individual needs of the students in their care. Learning and diversity- Every learner has his/her own strengths and weaknesses especially with their coping mechanism in learning. Since not everyone is similar, it is just to show patience and equal treatment on how you educate them. These are just a few of the factors that I, as an educator, must remember when creating a great learning environment for my students. I must design activities that will be able to cater the individual differences in learning.

Actually, I've been in the ESL industry (offline and online) for a while and to be honest, it was quite difficult not to have a deeper understanding of the principles of learning. During the first few years of teaching, I was doing the "trial and error" technique. It was tricky which activities, or lesson plans to make, what type of correction to use, and which teaching techniques to apply. Though I had struggled at first, meeting thousands of learners enabled me to understand better how to adapt to learners' individual differences.

Here are sample situations in which I have applied, I am applying and I will continue to apply the educational implications:
1. Correction strategies: Learners have different cognitive and psychosocial abilities. Some may be open for corrections, others may prefer to be corrected privately.

2. Teaching Materials and Activities: Students also have a variety of learning styles. Not all are visual learners. Some are kinesthetic or auditory learners. So, if in a diverse group of students, the teacher only uses visual materials, will all the students learn effectively? No. Some students may be left behind. To address this, a teacher must prepare a variety of activities that will be good for those different types of learners.

3. Failing students: When students fail, they are usually blamed for not studying well or not preparing well for the exams. But actually, there are a variety of reasons for this. One of the main reasons is the teachers' failure to adjust the teaching styles and understand the needs of the students. For example, most activities are only for those students who are good at memorizing or most of the practices only benefit the students with higher levels.

4. Giving of instructions: Some teachers don't consider the level of students when giving instructions. Effective instructions are those which can be understood by both a beginner and an advanced student. 

To illustrate, when a teacher gives the instruction, "Please use one 1/4 paper". The students say, "one 1/4 paper?". Well, some students may not be really listening. But others may have not really understood it. Perhaps, the teacher can use pictures, or maybe use ICQ (Instruction-Checking Questions).

- it is better for me to motivate the students and to know each others emotion. On motivating your students, they will have a chance to be more active and particapte in class. This will also help them to be opening up their ideas where in you can help them or guide them on what they want to know or what they want learn. Motivating your students improves your closure to each other where in the students can tell ot ask something to you with out hesitation. 
On the emotional aspect, you must ask your students if they were bored on how you teach. It can help you to change your strategic way of teaching and to lessen the boredomness of the class. Example, when you teach like you are just reading it all the way, the students will not be active. Maybe they will be angry at you or maybe they will just let you read your topics w/o gaining knowledge.
