Involving those who are involved in implementation wuld certainly be important. How much of it are we still doing it, including with students?

Is there a next wave we need to start being aware of (e.g. futuring)? What is it we need to hold core that should be enduring?

How we need to keep changing to better serve our students and the nation.

Clifford: TSLN helped to promote the arts - there was a focus group formed to look into the arts. There were no holds barred during those discussions. The key question they discussed was "Why is Arts Education so important?" There was a drive to justify Arts Education in the curriculum.

TSLN provided the opportunity for everyone to look hard at what was important for education and the curriculum.

What can we do to get our teachers to experience why the national imperatives are imperatives?

We have felt this journey as we observe how the directions and policies have been mapped out from the very beginning.

- We have witnessed the evolution and enhancement of the three key thrusts over the years, which have been implemented to address changing needs. This evolution has led us to reflect on the change management required to adapt to these ongoing developments.

- Over the years, our focus has shifted toward preparing students for the future and ensuring their continued relevance to society. Despite the numerous challenges we face, we must consider how to navigate these obstacles effectively and implement solutions that our teachers can manage and carry out successfully.
