         <description><![CDATA[<div>Bank Name: Chase and First Midwest</div><div><br>Checking accounts<br><br>First Midwest and Chase offers: Checking accounts, debit cards, online and mobile banking, credit cards, saving accounts, mortgage loans, student loans, and<a href="https://www.chase.com/"> </a>a signing cash reward.<br><br>I chose  First Midwest because it is very close to my home, it doesn't have ATM fees if I use the one that is close to my house, and my dad has an account there too, so he can easily transfer me money.<br>I chose Chase because it is one of the few banks that is on the campus of the college I will be attending, and it also has no ATM fees if I use their ATMs. <br>Both banks also give you money when you open an account which is cool.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Types:</div><ul><li><strong>Liability: </strong>Liability coverage comes in two forms: bodily injury and property damage liability. These cover damage to others and their property. They do not cover the driver or passengers.</li><li><strong>Personal Injury Protection:</strong> This type of coverage will cover medical expenses related to driver and passenger injuries.</li><li><strong>Collision:</strong> Get collision insurance if you want your insurance to cover the cost of damage done to your car, whether you are at fault or not.</li><li><strong>Comprehensive:</strong> Collision only covers damage done in an accident. For example, if a tree falls on your car and destroys it, you’ll need comprehensive insurance to get compensation.</li><li><strong>Uninsured or Underinsured Motorist:</strong> This covers you in the event that the person who hits your car does not have enough insurance to cover the damage — or any coverage at all.</li></ul><div><br>I choose to have car insurance because I think accidents are a common unexpected event and I want to have the protection of insurance if something happens while i am driving.</div>]]></description>
