last year, my teams struggled to complete this. Some of the data asked for is not easily pulled from the IEP software. The tables for this activity need to be updated early each school year to stay relevant. We're asking EOs to compare old SED data to their current real life data. For example, if the original table indicates 2018-19 data, that's now going back 5 years. I have to change this manually.

This summer in prep for the full TSG, I asked EO teams (at this point, the director and a partner) to do this activity. I pulled the teams together and just did the data review and the guiding questions. The results will be shared with the full team when we do module 2. I did this to save time. When I did module 2 by the book last year, the EOs struggled with this activity and it threw off the TSG schedule almost a whole day

I'm concerned about the redundancy of this module. Family engagement is woven through the other modules and then repeated here again.

In my opinion, this TSG needs to be completed before January (annual review season) so the EO's can incorporate their new learning into their annual review process. Time is precious and this module is a drag on the schedule.

In almost every other opportunity I have experienced, you do action planning as you go. If you do monthly sessions, 5-6 months have passed before you finally get to the plan.

I would prefer having actions developed at the end of each module. While we instruct and strongly encourage EOs to complete their participant packets for each module, result may vary. So going way back to the beginning can be problematic
