One difference between the UAE and USA is freedom of speech. In the USA there is protests all the time, citazitions have a right to freedom of speech and are allowed to speak there mind and protest when on public property. But in UAE, trying to start a protest or holding up a sign to stick up for something thats happening in the world could put you in jail.

The UAE constitution is created by a combination of Islamic Sharia law, customary law, and modern legal laws. This constitution was applied to the country in 1971, after the 7 emirates were formed (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Fujairah, Ajman, Umm al Quian, Ras Al Khaimah). The United States constitution was created and signed in 1787 which was made by James Madison, Alexander Hamilton, and John Jay. The US's constitution is a 4-page document which consists of the laws which the country follows, as well as how the country makes its decisions. The US's constitution also follows modern legal laws. Since the US's constitution was adopted, the constitution has been amended 27 times, addressing a range of issues, including term limits on office holders, presidential succession and voting rights.

One difference bewteen the UAE and the USA is that in the UAE you do not have freedom of speech and you are controlled by the government as it is an absoulute monarchy. The constitution in Uae is different from the constitution in USA because In UAE there are set rules and descions made for the entire country, however in USA the country and the people living In the country are allowed to contribute their ideas towards the constitution. This means there are protests and choices made considering the people living in the country and their ideas. IN UAE there isn't much of a choice for the people living here because the decisions are already made and told.
