I opened two photos and dragged one on top of the other and made sure they were aligned. Then I pressed the fx tool and chose blending options. First I had to upload the photo and then create 5 layers of that photo. I unchecked the eye on all but the background photo and the first copy. Then I either slid or rotated the layer slightly and hit enter. As I went, I checked the eye so I knew which one I was working on and again slid or rotated that layer slightly. Once I was finished, I selected all the layers and went to layer-smart objects- convert to smart objects.
