         <description><![CDATA[<div>The social structure of the classes at Rancho is based on age. Most freshmen are 13-14,  sophomores are 14-15, juniors are  15-16, and seniors are 17-18.  To prove that age separates classes historians would be able to look at the yearbook  and see the graduating year of the alumni.</div>]]></description>

The assistant principal contains a lot of authority over Rancho, but not as much as the principal. The third highest level of the school hierarchy consist of teachers and counselors who pass down knowledge to students through lessons.
