I am currently a M.Ed./Multiple Subject Candidate through the Sanford School of Education at National University. 
Education is my calling, as my desire is to work with eLementary-aged children, primarily with Kindergarten and 1st grade students. My goal is to inspire young children so that they build a solid foundation of academic skills, as well as a great love for education. I am patient, kind and creative, which are skills I believe are critical to a young child's ability to develop and mature.
I have a great love for family, friends and my community. I feel a great sense of responsibility for how I can continually grow personally to contribute to society. I continuously search for new ways to grow and to be a better version of myself, including furthering my own education, as I guide and support children in gaining academic and life skills and knowledge. My interests include reading, outdoor activities, meditation and cooking.
