I believe I am a leader of a pack and not a follower, and the reasoning behind that is because ever since I can remember I have had people follow me and look to me for guidance.

I am a good leader because I am able to take control of situations, but I know that I am not a know it all. I can respect others' opinions and ideas, whatever is best for the people under me and the business.

I think I am a leader, because I am good at seeing people's strengths and weaknesses. I can also help people grow and give them motivation to be better.

I think I am a good leader because I able to treat people with respect and as human beings. I am able to know when I can relate and have a good time and when it's time for me to be the " boss".
