         <description><![CDATA[<div>My brain when presented with 5 elements of information to process at once!<br><br>On a more serious note, my biggest 'ah-ha' moment was learning that students will skip stages of a problem-solving process if it has become an automated schema. Often in primary school classrooms, we want students to explain everything with their working out and then we go and use ineffective formative assessment tasks that only measure content.
