It's fitting that I got an executive on my personality test. In my current role as an operations manager for a local railroad, I am working towards becoming the next Chief Operations Officer. I would agree with test as I do prefer efficient straight to the point outcomes. I prefer to focus on someones work ethic rather their emotions. I relate very much to this quote from the test, "Your direct communication style and no-nonsense approach to problem-solving make you a force to be reckoned with in both personal and professional spheres."
