-You must be comfortable using technology in a classroom setting because technology is becoming more and more prevalent in schools. If the teacher is not able to use technology confidently it will be very hard to integrate it as a tool in the class room.

- A teacher should stay educated on what technology their students are using in and out of the classroom to better relate to them and adapt their teaching styles if wanted. 

-Teachers in this age should be able to explain to their students what is an isn't acceptable to post on line.

This will hopefully lead to a higher rate of engagement from the students.

-As stated in the Ted Talk titled, "Schools that Work for Kids", children are at an advantage when they begin to use technology for school purposes at a younger age because it teaches them how to use the tools they will have in the real world. It is simply practical to prepare students with what real life will give them.

-As cautioned in the documentary titled, "Generation Like", children tend to seek validation through social media, which may leads them to making irrational, disruptive, and dangerous decisions at school.
