Coming from my own experiences as an aide in classrooms for years, I know that students remember the teachers who made them feel happy, and the teachers that made learning fun for them. It is always my ultimate goal to provide a fun, memorable learning experience with the students I work with.

When a student is working hard to meet goals presented by their teacher, it can be a fun, explorative, but frustrating time for both the student and teacher. It is important to remember how hard students are working to learn, and to praise them for their hard work and gains throughout the school year. The praise from a teacher can be empowering, encouraging, and powerful for young learners.
