My contacts with parents happen only if they are stressed. In fact, in my school there are 4 hours a month in which they can speak in the morning with the teachers and twice a year there are afternoon meetings with all the teachers.

On the occasion  of memory' day, my school organizes events where the children are able to know about historical facts about the Second World War and there are testimonies of grandparents!
In the classroom there are many migrants and occasionally check jobs such as asking parents to talk about typical or other dishes in their country of origin, thus making multicultural lessons.

Parents are the family, those who are educated. To take on the children's needs, to support their autonomy, to understand their world, their way of thinking, to express themselves, to explore is not always an easy task, especially when in everyday life it is absorbed by work and thousands of commitments. Despite all the difficulties, it is crucial that parents find a meeting point and that educational rules are thought out and carried on together: in fact, a lack of cohesion in the couple can trigger into ambivalent children and confusion and have important consequences on their growth and their well-being.
