The first learning point is Meaning or Content. As seen in the organic architecture example of the Fallingwater, the architecture through its space gives the natural feel of the architecture that it is intended to do so through the walls that divide the rooms and through the windows also that shows the nature and gives meaning to the architecture being one with nature. It is important in giving the architecture its character especially with the context of the Fallingwater, its elements all refer to it being one with nature with every element of it all relating to nature as a whole with the architecture being situated within nature.

The second learning point is Form and Function. These are an important ideas in architecture since they go hand in hand. In function, it usually determines it form, with the example of spoons. When the function of the spoon changes, its form also changes. Each individual element resorts to a different function in each, with the example of the Fallingwater and its narrow hallways. They eventually open up to a window overlooking nature and this is to symbolize that the architecture is being one with nature.

The last learning point is Scale and Proportion. These play important functions in architecture. Scale refers to the size of something compared to a reference standard, while proportion refers to the proper relation of one part to another or to the whole. In this respect, scale and proportion is important in keeping the beauty of an architecture because it keeps a harmonious relationship between dimensions in an architecture in order for it to be pleasing to the eyes to look at. The dimensions also act as a basis for structures in order to be structurally rigid.
