Same goes to myself, almost four years I study in programmes Arts with Education. One of the important things that I realized is before this, I used to be a passive person,  less interact with other peoples, but now I think my soft skills become more and much better. This is because in University Science Malaysia (USM), I involved in many programs that need me to communicate with people. I learn how to manage a program, how to handle a meeting, and so on. Indirectly, it helps me to improved my social skills. I feel more confident to give my opinions in brainstorming whether in meeting or group discussions. I realized that soft skills is also important same as academic. Besides that, one thing I really want to learn and improve is my English language. In USM, some subjects are in English. So, by these certain subject, it really help  me to improve my English language. Although I major in Malay Language Studies and minor in History, it is not an excuses for me to left the English language behind.
        Further more, in order to become a 21st century teacher I also need to learn new skills and adapt with the changing of technologies nowadays so that I can become a versatile educator. Subject PGT 436E give me valuable experiences in exploring new tools that can be used in any kind of purposes especially when I'm teaching in the classroom soon. Before this, I used to use simple tools like Powerpoint Presentations, Prezi and Microsoft Publisher. But right now, I know I can use many kind of tools such as Piktochart, Powtoon, Storify, Magisto and Padlet. Indirectly, it give me an idea to become more creative and innovative educator on the future. Last but not least, I know it is not easy to become a versatile teacher, but learning is a process and I hope I can maintain my spirit and passion in education field!
