This is the town I live in. It was established in 1961 as there was a new project of a power-station which now has become a symbol of our town. The name Elektrenai is also related to the power-station which in Lithuanian is 'elektrine'. Here take a minute and watch a wonderful video made by one very talented guy from my school.
