FIRST TREATMENT: 8/20/19
DERMALOGICA CUSTOM POWER PEEL WITH LED LIGHTING

CONSULTATION: Mature skin with concerns of premature aging and fine lines and wrinkles.  She has Thyroid conditions and has no real skin regimen. Washes her face with soap and water.  Does not use moisturizer or an SPF.  She has some sun damage and hyperpigmentation. Overall her skin is in decent shape for lack of care. 

TREATMENT:  After skin analysis, I suggested a Dermalogica Power Peel with LED Light.  I believe this would be the best for her skin and would have the best results for her skin condition. Addressing her fine lines, premature aging and hyperpigmentation concerns. 

NOTES:  Products used- soothing eye makeup remover, precleanse, intensive moisture cleanser, barrier, one step prep, ultra bright peel, advanced renewal peel, age reversal peel, neutralizer, oligopeptide, colloidal masque, calm water gel, antioxidant hydramist, stress positive eye lift, multivitamin power firm, lip renewal and dynamic skin recovery spf 50. 

SIDE NOTES:  Client experienced tingling and itching sensations. Level 3 of comfort. Level 10 being the most uncomfortable level.  

RESULTS/RECOMMENDATIONS: Client reported tightness to skin and eye pressure after returning home.  I recommended lots of water and that it would be in her best interest to invest in the Dermalogica Age Smart line and to get on some kind of good skincare regimen.  For her home-care I would of liked for her to add and use a toner along with a moisturizer (preferably something with an spf) and to stay out of the sun.  The client was extremely happy and enthused for her next appointment. She saw a dramatic difference in the look, feel and texture of her overall skin.

DERMALOGICA CUSTOM POWER PEEL WITH LED LIGHTING 

Consultation:  Mature skin with concerns of premature aging with fine lines and wrinkles along with sun damage and hyperpigmentation.  Thyroid condition is the only medical issues client has for any contraindications. Keeping the Décolleté and throat covered during treatment. No skincare regimen has been implemented as of yet except for a better cleansing routine. 

TREATMENT:  After skincare analysis, I recommended the Dermalogica Peel and LED Light, the same treatment as before.  While covering her Décolleté and throat from the LED lighting.

TREATMENT:  After skin analysis, I recommended the same Dermalogica Power Peel with the LED Lighting.  

NOTES:  Products used- soothing eye makeup remover, precleanse, skin  resurfacing cleanser, barrier, one step prep, neutralizer, ultra bright peel, advanced renewal peel, age reversal peel, oligopeptide, colloidal masque, multivitamin power firm, lip renewal, super rich repair, dynamic skin recovery spf 50 and anitoxidant hydramist.  

SIDE NOTE: Peel application was in specific order- 1st Step: age reversal peel. 2nd Step: advanced renewal peel. 3rd Step: ultra bright peel.  Client experienced tingling and itching sensation but remained at a level 3 during treatment.  She did however develop a dry patch on her bottom right chin later the next day.   Extended home care was to moisturize and to use an over the counter polysporin cream.  And not to pick at or touch the dry patch.  

RESULTS/RECOMMENDATIONS:  Home care was to hydrate with water and to moisturize with and spf and to tone to maintain a healthy ph balance.  Along with the polysporin cream, moisturizer, toner and spf.

RESULTS/RECOMMENDATIONS:  Client was extremely happy with the feel and results of her treatment.  She said her skin felt soft, clean and bright.  She still has a small dry patch on her bottom right chin. Recommended for her to stay out of the sun and to keep applying moisturizer and toner.
