Weaknesses: Direct competitors all have more casual clothing, and have lower price points for their essentials. The London collection lacks pattern, and texture in comparison to the 2023 London Collection.

Opportunities: Develop on countryside camapign, add ayering, prints for your out of london customers.

The 02 store has old stock, at a discounted price. Customers at the 02 tend to make more conscious and emotional purchases. The stock was from previous collections, and there was no clear customer journey in store. We noticed there was a jewellery display at the back, which gave us the idea for our fine jewellery collection to display goods by the till area. This would serve as an afterthought, to compliment the customer’s outfits.

The Canary Wharf store was for workers. It featured lots of office attire, but also had a clear day-to-night theme. This aided us with our A/W 25 ideation. The idea is our ladies should not have to commute home inbetween work and going out, their outfits will be great for work and events. Our reversible filets adds causal to the outfit and most importantly comparability.

This perfectly ties with our countryside theme, as our A/W 25 collection has reversible sides and lining that features plain fabrics and patterns, to suite whatever lifestyle our Hobbs women may live.

Choosing amazing fabrics to feature such as wool blend for the trench coat, silk for the blouses and 100% organic cotton, the idea is to have clothes with amazing quality fabrics that last long and can be passed down.

Heritage is an important word for Hobbs- it can be seen in their work and their messages. The Urban Prairie adapts to this, as the collection can be work between generations and is appropriate for all ages.

Our directional pieces may be our printed cotton/ silk dress. This may be as patterns are more fashion forward and considered an investment piece by many. It wouldn’t be considered as an everyday item. This is the same as our pattern lined Blazer. It may be an everyday wear for some but not all.

Core items include our trench coat,silk blouse and slim crop work trousers. Every lady is most likely to have these in her wardrobe after seeing the Hobbs AW 25.

No other competitor of Hobbs has developed a fine jewellery line just yet. We know that with Hobbs’ loyal clientele they will adore the collection.

The idea stems on from A/W 24 & 25 of town meets countryside to cater to ALL women of Hobbs. To have a clean polished look with quirky features.

The pure 9K gold and 925 silver collection will feature necklaces, bracelets and earrings. Plain necklaces will be perfect for layering features or to have for simplicity and elegance. Designs will include countryside and town elements such as welly boots, phone booth, horses and more pendants and charms for necklaces and bracelets.

Two tone 925 silver and 9K Gold jewellery will also feature in this collection to symbolise the best of both worlds.

LK Bennett : Offers distinctive and luxury pieces. The brand focuses on maintaining the premium quality of fabrications and finishes.

Karen Millen: KM specializes in tailoring, coats and evening wear. Their 2024 tagline is to ensure never-ending elegance.

Whistles: Whistles creates clothing for the modern woman, fusing contemporary designs with playful details. Timeless pieces with an intelligent sense of design.
