After spending a year working as a researcher for People for the American Way, Sean Tenner began to work directly with Democratic members of the Illinois House of Representatives, developing coalition-building, press, and community outreach solutions. From 2001 to 2007, Mr. Tenner worked as a senior consultant at M+R Strategic Services, where he focused on advancing the agendas of human rights, environmental, and public health organizations and leading U.S. foundations.
