I waste the most time watching tv and using my phone. I spend a lot of time durin the day watching pointless tv shows because it relaxes me, but it easily gets out of hand and turns into an all day thing. I also waste a lot of time on my phone looking at social media. I easily get distracted when notifications pop up on my phone and I end up wasting hours of my day on it.

When I waste time, I often make myself and the people I am with late to certain events. There are times that I'll be with my friend, Kayla, and we'll plan to go somewhere. I'll tell myself I need to get ready, but then I continue to waste time on my phone and make both of us late to the event. This has happened numerous times and with more people than just kayla. It frustrates the people around me because I have a hard time being on time to things because of how much time I waste.

Usually, when I am wasting time and someone tells me to stop, it makes me want to waste more time. There is a clear line of when it's time to bud in and tell someone they need to straighten out. If someone's wasting time has led to serious consequences like potential health issues or things that will seriously impact them or others around them, it's clear that they need help.
