It provides information about mortgages, credit cards, savings accounts, or when someone needs insurance coverage. The website’s intention is to inform Canadians to help them make better financial decisions.<br><br></div><div>The website has a section labelled as an “Education centre” which contains information on the basics of credit cards, the types of credit cards, rewards credit card, credit card insurance and credit card score and fraud. These sections have explanations on credit cards as a payment method, the importance of different credit cards and the importance of credit history and how to build up a credit score. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>This website is a blog that talks about the amount of credit cards that are available in Canada and how they benefit Canadians by providing more options in how we make purchases and earn back from them. The blog also acknowledges the option anxiety a person may feel with so many choices, whether they need fast cash back, low interest rates or travel privileges. It also contains a “best of the best” list to find best Canadian card to suit different individuals.<br><br></div><div>The website contains a list of different cards and also shows which perk the card is considered best for. This section also shows the annual fees of each card. In order to help inform Canadians even further, the blog also has a larger section that goes in detail of the benefits of each card. </div>]]></description>

The article also has a list of different credit cards with their respective credit card offers that are considered to be the best that are currently available.</div><div><br>The list posted has information on the different credit cards that are considered to have the best credit card offers as well as the annual fees. It also has a larger section that also goes in deeper detail of each individual card, having more information such as minimum income eligibility, credit score required, earn rate, welcome offer, additional benefits, and purchase/cash advance APR.</div>]]></description>

The site’s main purpose to let people browse different credit cards and compare different cards’ benefits to another.</div><div><br>This site has different sections/categories that can be used to filter for someone’s needs, these categories include rewards, cash back, no fee, travel, student, and build credit.</div><div>Applying a category shows the different credit cards that are available under the chosen category, also providing the option to see more information about different cards. </div>]]></description>

Provide a real-life example of how this topic is relevant or interesting for you.<br>It gave me the insights on how to carefully and wisely compare all available credit cards in Canada before you sign up one or more of those credit cards.<br><br>3. If you could pass on your knowledge to a family member or friend, what do you think is the most important thing to pass on?<br>I would let them know that the credit cards from five largest banks in Canada are not necessarily always the best fit for them.</div>]]></description>
