         <description><![CDATA[<p>Bob Marley fought for the apartheid in South Africa. He also showed this in one of his songs : War. The song is about discrimination and racism. He wants to fight for their rights but doesn't want a real war so he puts it in his song.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Reggae is a type of music that originates in Jamaica, more specifically from the Rastafari belief. Bob Marley got the title 'The King of Reggae'. Using his music, he brought attention to the problems his culture had and wanted to end the apartheid in South Africa.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>In his career, he was confronted with segregation and prejudice. In 1977, he was diagnosed with cancer, but he never stopped fighting for what he believed. He was also almost murdered by a political group in Jamaica : JLP. This happened because he did a concert in Jamaica called 'Smile Jamaica' which was later labeled as a collaboration between Bob Marley and The Wailers and PNP's cultural office. He was saved by his manager Don Taylor and the bullet only hit his arm. He later moved to England because he was scared and there inspired the black community of England.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Bob Marley had eleven children. Three with his wife Rita, one adopted daughter from a previous relationship of Rita and the rest with different women. In 1972 he even had three children in one month (from different women): Stephen (April 20), Robert (May 16) and Rohan (May 19). Several of Marley's children also became reggae singers.</p>]]></description>
