         <description><![CDATA[<div>drinking at a young is  very unhealthy and can lead to risks to you self and can cause harm to others around physically and mentally. <br>By young people drinking they can get very drunk and can do very stupid things like getting lost and others around getting worried that their friend is gone and they can pass out and wake up somewhere very bad. <br><br>underage drinking can trigger drinking problems later in life and that causes  unhappiness to yourself.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong><br>Injuries. </strong>Drinking too much increases your chances of being injured or even killed. Alcohol is a factor, for example, in about 60% of fatal burn injuries, drownings, and homicides; 50% of severe trauma injuries and sexual assaults; and 40% of fatal motor vehicle crashes, suicides, and fatal falls.<br><br></div><div><strong><br>Health problems. </strong>People who drink heavily have a greater risk of liver disease, heart disease, sleep disorders, depression, stroke, bleeding from the stomach, sexually transmitted infections from unsafe sex, and several types of cancer. They may have problems managing diabetes, high blood pressure, and other conditions. Because it is not yet known whether any amount of alcohol is safe for a developing baby, women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should not drink.<br><br></div><div><strong><br>Alcohol use disorders. </strong>An alcohol use disorder is a medical condition that doctors can diagnose when a patient's drinking causes distress or harm. In the United States, about 17 million people have an <a href="http://rethinkingdrinking.niaaa.nih.gov/How-much-is-too-much/Whats-the-harm/What-Are-Symptoms-Of-An-Alcohol-Use-Disorder.aspx">alcohol use disorder</a>.</div>]]></description>

         <title>WAYS TO STOP DRINKING</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>drinking is a very good way to make yourself unhealthy. there are some ways to prevent you from becoming unhealthy.<br><br>1.) If you are a heavy drinker, try and set a day where you do not have alcohol. Then when you eventually do that for two weeks try and not drink for a week and slowly keep not drinking and get rid of all your addiction.<br><br>2.) Set a limit for how much you drink. this can get you motivated to cut down on beer/wine. if you personally know that you drink to much this will help you cut down on you addiction. <br><br>3.) another good one, is if you have regular temptations for drinking then try and be mentally strong to say no and reduce your amount of alcohol. this can improve you in the long run mentally </div>]]></description>
