In my last vacations I had too much problems with the service of the hotel in different aspects like the food, the activities that bring the hotel, the place of the room, and I had a so bad experience and didn't enjoy the stay.
¿Does anyone have any suggestions?

These days when I go to school, I pass by a pipe that seems broken because when I go there it always smells very bad, it's annoying, since it makes me even more unwilling to go to school, they also remodeled the street to fix all the pipe, so when I go home by bus, it ends up blocking the street.

I was a victim of a problem that occurs in some airlines, this happened last month, I was willing to travel to a paradise beach, I bought my ticket in time and made my reservation at the hotel but when I arrived at the airport, it turns out that my ticket was oversold, and I could not fly, until 7 hours later, this made me lose a day at the hotel, plus the penalty I had to pay the hotel for not arriving on time.
I am very angry with the airline, as they did not take responsibility for what happened.
What should i do, can anyone suggest anything?

My friend and I love to read, months ago I didn't realize she took a book from my shelf that I had just bought and it was in its packaging, a week went by and I couldn't find my book, I thought my brother had taken it, but she said no, so my friend came and gave me back the battered and dirty book and told me she had taken it from my shelf. I got a little angry and complained "Why did you take it without my permission?" to which she replied "You are a bad friend, you should share, and as your friend I have the right to take your stuff".

Since then we have not spoken to each other again.
What would you have done?
Should I have been less strict?
