* If you need to step away from the desk, make sure to call a merit.  As we have a "open" til, it's not safe to leave for any reason.  I will remind the merits to answer the phone when you all are calling!  

* Coverage:  Summers here...that means we all wanna be on vacation,  so please try to find the coverage for your shift.  

* At the end of your shift, please take all registrations, memberships etc to the merit mail boxes by the timeclock! We have missed important registrations due to this issue.  Except the Unity side.  

* FYI- Sharee incharge of wiffle ball and Adventure camp, Katie- incharge of outdoor soccer, Gina- rentals. Teresa- summer camp,
