Class was amazing, motivating, clear.

I enjoyed:

Modelling the discussions and activities
Reflections
The amount of time provided for discussion and activities

I learnt:

Connection, trust and knowing the child are crucial
Develop metacognition
Goal setting is very important
How to conduct "self-portrait" activity.

It was very engaging and interesting. I really enjoyed it. I took a lot of nice pointers that can be used in my dept.

I enjoyed the session today because it helped me be in the shoes of my students being new to the place and the atmosphere and learn that with these structured activities, i felt seen and heard. i will be sure to apply them in every orientation and on every learning milestone and incorporate some in my writing session as frequently and possible.

Today's class was interesting full of hands ons that helped us relate theories to our real life experience.

Self awareness leads to self management.

It is important to have emotional awareness.

Not everything can be controlled but whatever comes from the self is controllable.

Today's class was fun. I liked that we did many hands-on activities and sharing our thoughts and experiences. I learned to do self-awareness and what are the things that can be controlled and the ones that cannot.

I really enjoyed getting to know everyone through the self awareness activity. This activity also helped to remind myself that it is important to self reflect on one's self strength and weakness in order to work on them. It was also a good reminder that somethings are in our control, and many others are not.

It was an insightful experience, hearing experienced teachers can be such a valuable way to gain perspective and grow as an educator. It's interesting that the self-reflection activity challenged you to face things about yourself that you might have been hesitant to confront.

I really enjoy the class. It is an amazing class. Self reflection part particularly and whole class in general is captivating and gave many ideas about emotional and social understanding of ourselves and our steudents.
