The Bodywhys Inside Out Programme has been developed in collaboration with teachers, young people and mental health professionals to promote awareness of eating disorders and the supports available, to improve body image, media and social media literacy and overall wellbeing.

The ‘Inside Out’ Programme has been designed for use in the classroom setting as part of Junior Cycle SPHE.

Food Without Borders is a 66-page, full-colour cookbook featuring recipes from 27 countries around the world – one for each letter of the alphabet, plus a traditional Irish recipe. Alongside each recipe, readers will find stories of the journeys the cooks and their families have undertaken to arrive in Ireland, and of their time here so far.

The cookbook was created by and for home cooks, and the intention is for schools and families throughout Ireland to be to learn from other cultures while experimenting with cooking the dishes. Traditional recipes are conveyed using ingredients readily available in Ireland. With delicacies such as Congolese fumbwa (a spinach stew), Qatari Legemat (sweet fried dumplings), and Venezuelan Arepas con Perico (crispy savoury pastries), there are plenty of dishes to explore and something for everyone to enjoy.
