EGi (Estates Gazette Information) can give you property by property info through its database of

current and historic information for offices, retail and industrial sectors, including: Building Reports, Deals Comparable, Lease Expiries, Occupier Data, Availability Listings, Experian Company Financials, VOA Rating List, Experian Town Reports

Set up:

- Search “EGi” in Library Search “Books, Journals and More” search tab, and click on “Online Access”.

- You should see an instruction asking you to register on the website, the first time you use it.

- Click on the “EGi registration page” link and complete the registration, using your University of Westminster email address (it is, alas, a bit long and tedious but you only have to it once)

- You can use the resource straight away once you’ve registered.

Set up:

- Search “Focus Property intelligence” in Library Search, “Books, Journals and More” search tab, and click on “show info”.

- You will see in the notes field that you have to email the publisher, Co-star, for a login & password. Please use your University of Westminster email address and follow the instructions, they should email you in a few hours, it’s not immediate.

- Then you’ll have a login, password and link to get into the database.
