And I also consider that is not true that we don´t have enough time to organize our space. We can use 10 or 15 minutes per week to have a tidy workplace.

I agrre with the title of the article, because in moments of the live is good that you have a messy desk, because you have a more time for you do more thing for example, homework, project , etc. In others moments it's very stressful, because when you need some things, you don't find then.
