An online survey in the British Council showed that 35 percent of teachers were not prepared to teach primary levels and 21 percent argued that they were not prepared to teach English.

Teachers who have a higher qualification in English are assigned to secondary schools.

In many schools teachers who teach English to young learners are teachers of subjects such as Math or Spanish.

This phenomenon of teaching outside the field of training is a Big dificulty if You want a Quality education in the country ,Also The research is relevante because shows the shortcoming that normal school teachers present when teachinh is requires outside their training field,for example English and the research seeks to motívate this problem.
The importante is that the most affected are the students and the teacher by overloading theme with teaching outside their field and their knowledge.
The MEN n12 is un error the higher normalistas are able yo teach outside their field unkess they are involvedwith the teachers outside the field un an environment ti support each other and train ,the beneficiarios are the teachers and especially the students as they recibe Quality educación and therefore a better society solving a disciplinary problem.
