- Easily breakable
- Crunchy and crumbly
- Has hardened
- There is no mold growth
Overall, we think that there was no bread mold growth maybe because of the environment which the bread was in. We think this because mold likes to grow the most in dark places, but we put our bread in the light. The mold was mostly light gray, but there was some green and pink. It had a furry texture and part of it was stuck to the Ziploc bag. Our bread molded more as there was an absence of visible mold on Tuesday. We believe that it molded more today because we didn’t put as much water.
