         <description><![CDATA[<div>Aging impacts all of us, even at an early age.&nbsp; As a child ages, certain milestones are reached - such as being able to tie his or her shoes without assistance.&nbsp; In our later years, we look forward to degree completion and career advancement, and retirement.&nbsp; Aging also impacts us physically.&nbsp; We start to slow down and for most people, that's physically as well as mentally.<br>ZL</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Adults in the late adulthood stage tends to have alot of idle time on their hands due to a number is reasons including retirement and time taken to care for ailing health issues.&nbsp; Reflecting on the life lived has positive and negative affects that can also have effects on their current life. &nbsp;<br><br>1. Reflecting on a positive life where the aging adult have accomplished what they set out to do. Possible life satisfactory things like getting married, having children completing college, having a successful career, and leaving some impact for the next generation, the older adult could have good feeling about the life they lived. Leaving no regrets, being able to live their final years happily fulfilled.&nbsp;<br><br>2. Reflecting on a less than positive life could leave the older adult with guilt and regret. Leaving life event unaccomplished could have this person feeling like there is more they should have done in life. These people tend to withdraw from loved ones, and have negative emotions that could be associated such as depression that could exacerbate mood and health issues. &nbsp;<br>VLW/RJ</div>]]></description>
