A lot is focused on making lemonade out of lemons, what could be your silver lining, take education in a new, positive way in spite of the challenges.
People seem to have their "feet under them" and are able to work toward a goal. Seem happy about this.

Centralizing communication: Multiple platforms are being used and have someone who cultivates what is the collective knowledge on the topic - making it visible and/or visually different, newsletter
Links can be included in the newsletter. 
Weekly newsletter is in a Google Site -- everything ooes there so teachers can find it - calendar -- et.
Having a shared vocabulary is important - common vocab is important for accurate communication purposes.
