Glow: The individual did a great job explaining the information throughout the course of their presentation. The also did an excellent job with their presentation as it was visually appealing, easy to understand, and also aided me in learning something new.

Grow: There were times during the presentation that they were going a bit too slow and it was harder to stay focused on the presentation its self. They could also benefit from using more dynamic speaking and use a change of tone to convey different types of information during the presentation.

Glow: The presentation was done very well visually and also in the way of providing information. It was also interesting to learn about how the struggle with creativity meaning that they used this presentation to express themselves more.

Grow: There were definitely parts of the presentation that were a bit hard for me to understand since they were not speaking very clearly.

Glow: The presentation was done excellently and it was mostly interesting to follow because of how visually appealing it was. The information and the organization of it were also done very well by the presenter.

Grow: Their presentation was on the longer side and tended to repeat some information which made it harder to follow and eventually lose interest. This can definately be rectified by compacting the information more and only discussing key points of the information.

Glow: Their presentation was visually appealing and made the information interesting to follow. When talking about the different types of creativity, the tone of voice made it very interesting and I even learned that homework could be considered a form of creativity, depending on how its done.

Grow: The presentation was harder to read because of how small the lettering was despite it being well done. The pace throughout the presentation was, at times, a little to fast and should be slowed down a bit more.

Glow: The presenter did a great job with their visuals and providing information to me. They also provided the information in a very concise and easy to understand manner which made me understand that creativity in peers is very subjective and it depends a lot of outside factors such as academics and personal/ professional life.

Grow: There were parts where the presenter was the most clear when providing their information and it would help for them to adjust their tone and speed of speaking in order to help fix this problem.

Glow: The presentation itself was very well done and the individual made it easy to understand the information and follow along. The also did a great job tying in their personal experiences such as lab, hobbies, and early curiosity into their presentation which made the information much more relatable to me.

Grow: There was a lot of information on the individual slides which made the presentation seem a little cluttered and took focus away from the important information.
