What I learned about the topic that surprised me the most was the fact that the Mayan's used the calendar to help their crops grow throughout the year.
2. I think this is an interesting topic because it correlates with the Chinese calendar very similarly. My birth year is a monkey in the Chinese calendar and is also a monkey in the Mayan calendar which I found very interesting.
3. I found the research about how if the calendar ended than so did the world which was very interesting for me. It shows how something as ancient as the Mayan calendar is still believed and practiced to this day.
4. I will most likely remember the fact that there are 20 different zodiac signs that a person has the potential of having. Where as the modern calendar only has 12 different zodiac signs.
5. I think the most harmful piece of information is the anti-vaccination movement. It is dangerous to everyone and especially those that can't be vaccinated. I think the least harmful is the topics discussed about mediums and there impact they have on people.
6. I would pass on to my family member that not everything that once was is said to be true. For instance, the world was supposed to end on the 21st day of December in 2012.
