I wanted to give a huge shout out to Chris Odom and Wenchang Tan on the PPET Team! They have been gone above and beyond to make processes in the pay premium program more user friendly and automated (we all know how complex this program can be!) This has saved me a ton of time when dealing with escalations and just learning in general. I cant wait to see what 2024 has in store for the program!

I wanted to give Karan Gupta from the BI Team a huge shout out! I got the chance to work with Karan when I oversaw Shift Swap! I was so impressed with your learn and be curious and deliver results leadership principles. The first week you started you spent time learning the program, asking many questions and taking the trainings. You had such a quick turn around for delivery and were so on top of your backlog it was awesome! We were able to accomplish so much in short period of time!
