SAIL Target Groups : The project targets are around 40,000 rural HHs (280,000 individual) in the new lands.
SAIL Overall Objective : -
- Contribute to the reduction of poverty and increase food and nutrition security for the poor rural women and men in Egypt. 
- Thus the small farmers in the project areas will be able to increase their income and improve their profitability and diversify their livelihoods.

مدة المشروع : ثمانى سنوات (2015 حتى 2023)
موقع المشروع : يقع بثلاث مناطق وهى :
1- منطقة مطوبس (محافظة كفر الشيخ)
2- منطقة مصر الوسطى وتنقسم إلى (منطقة غرب الفشن بمحافظة المنيا - منطقة غرب سمالوط بمحافظة بنى سويف)
3- منطقة مصر العليا وتنقسم إلى (منطقة وادى الصعايدة ومنطقة وادى النقرة بمحافظة أسوان)
المستفيدون : 40 ألف أسرة موزعة على المناطق السابقة
الهدف العام للمشروع :
·           المساهمة في الحد من الفقر وزيادة الأمن الغذائي لفقراء الريف من الإناث والذكور في مصر.
·           العمل علي ان يصبح صغار المزارعين قادرين علي زيادة دخلهم وتحسين ربحيتهم وتنويع سبل معيشتهم.
·           تحسين الظروف الاجتماعية والاقتصادية للفئات المستهدفة بمناطق عمل المشروع.

المستفيدون:
يستهدف المشروع صغار المزارعين في الضفة الغربية وتحديداً المزارعين الذي لديهم ملكيات أقل من 10 دونمات، بالاضافة الى الشبان العاطلين عن العمل والنساء.

هدف المشروف:
يهدف المشروع الذي تصل كلفته إلى 41.5 مليون دولار إلى تسريع عجلة النمو الاقتصادي الريفي من خلال التوسع في المناطق المتاحة للزراعة، وزيادة انتاجية وربحية الانتاج الزراعي.

يشمل المشروع تأهيل 18 ألف دونم من الأراضي الزراعية باستخدام تقنيات وأنشطة، وممارسات غير مكلفة ومتأقلمة مع التغييرات المناخية، إضافة إلى 100 كم طرق زراعية لاستخدام هذه الأراضي. بالاضافة الى  ان المشروع سيغطي 900 مشروع زراعي صغير مدر للدخل، كما سيتم انشاء 10 محطات لتجميع وتسويق المنتجات الزراعية، وتزويدها بالأجهزة والمعدات الضرورية، فيما سيدعم المزارعين الفلسطينيين ويتم ارشادهم في اتخاذ الاجراءات الفعالة في الوقت المناسب لحماية المحاصيل والثروة الحيوانية من الآفات والأمراض المتعلقة بتغير المناخ، إضافة إلى عدة مبادرات وطنية للتوعية في مواجهة التغيرات المناخية.
