We need to get money and help form city council/others places in the world (GQ #2,3,5,)
We need to know how much money the city council could give and how much we need to raise on our own for everyone (GQ #2,3,5)
We spread awareness so others including the city know this is serious and they would be inclined to help (GQ #2,3,5)
We first need to make a plan and then ask for help after we know how everything will happen (GQ #4)

To get this, we can ask the people that help the unfortunate/disabled kids in our school. After that, we find out if we're allowed to donate something such as food or items to these people. We then have a food drive or an item donation where things that these people want can be donated. We could also try to make brownies for the disabled kids in our school as a nice favor and so they know we see them as people that are in the school.
