Using these second language acquisition theories to help write a teaching philosophy will allow us to dive deeper into who we are. Understanding that there are different processes and theories to learning, will start the questioning process in our minds. The universal grammar, cognitive theory, and input hypothesis all have the idea that languages are diverse, but there must be a cognitive process to language.
