I've worked with and am currently working with multiple agencies to get this brand started such as Shopify, GoDaddy, Domain Agents, StickerMule, Uprinting, Printful, Deepking Labels, and Fiverr. This is all the agencies I've used to my knowledge. Collaboration is very important, because it allows you to leverage money to get access to skills/resources you don't have in-house. Ultimately, it allows you to fill in the gaps where your business is lacking.

Brown Bag Lunch Talks

I have been working with several people to make this project come to life. I have been working with Emma Starr to get rooms booked for each talk. She has been wonderful to work with, and I am grateful for the time she given me. Additionally I have been working with my sister Laura who works at a nursing home in Mobile AL. She has been working with me to come and speak for the healthcare talk this Friday. She is the manager for her building so getting time off is difficult. I am thankful she has managed to maneuver things to be able to come speak for me. I think healthcare will be the talk with the highest attendance since it has currently gotten the highest response. Additionally, I am working with Elena who is the owner and founder of The Music For Theater and Music Arts LLC here in Huntsville. I am beyond excited for her to come and speak this Wednesday for the entrepreneurship talk. She is a wonderful example of someone who has brought her dreams to life. She is a performing arts instructor who works 6-7 days a week. I am thankful she is taking time out of her very full schedule to come and speak for me. Lastly I have been communicating with Chris from GE Aerospace. He will be coming to speak on February 20th. I was incredibly excited when I discovered that someone from such a large company was willing to take time to come and speak for me. Collaboration is important because it allows you to meet you goals in a more efficient and successful manner. My entire project is dependent on collaboration, so without it I would not succeed.

Aerospace & Rocketry for Homeschoolers

I've been able to coordinate with Keith Davis, the Aerospace Technologies Instructor and some of the students of my classes. This has typically been in the form of technical conversations before or after class time. These have been invaluable due to his experience teaching and having done similar events to what I did. Another wonderful resource is the NASA Glenn Research Center in Ohio. They host some wonderful teaching materials and how to's for rocket assembly. Collaboration was vital for this project because of the breadth of the Aerospace industry and and difficulty in condensing some of this knowledge and excitement into a time friendly format.

Passing The Torch An Exploration and Integration of Student Led Conferences

I've previously worked with many people involved in the creation and execution of the UAH English Honors Conference, forming relationships with many people, some of which I plan to interview to obtain qualitative data for my project. I hope to also work with the professor involved in the creation of this springs Calhoun English Honors Conference, to obtain his experience with professional and student-led conferences. Hopefully the quality of this data for correspond to the quality of my project, I believe collaboration of this nature is necessary to create a bias free analysis of the need for student led conferences.

Strutting for Conservation

For my project I will be working with my local NWTF chapter. The head of my chapter happens to be my uncle so I'm excited to get to work with him on something we are both super passionate about. This will be helpful to me because he has been the head the chapter for a long time now so his experience will be super important to me. I have never really been a part of setting up any kind of banquet or anything of that nature before so collaborating with others who have will be super important for me.

Earning your wings

I am collaborating with two pilots in my church to learn more about their paths in aviation and to be able to share that information with others. One is a retired Army pilot, and one is a current airline pilot for Southwest Airlines. Sharing their stories with others will bring more awareness to the aviation industry and help give people an idea of which path to take when trying to fly for a career. I am excited to share with others my passion for flight!

Lifting the Weight Off

I have been in touch with the owner of Body Burn Fitness to get the dates lined out and make sure I comply with all of the legal stuff. This is a family-owned business so getting access wasn't too hard to do. She has been a tremendous help to me and has shown me what works and doesn't when promoting an event to get the most out of the time we have. I have also talked to a local church for some assistance since they regularly do fundraisers for First Priority. I have contacted the head of First Priority of Decatur to make sure I can use their name and likeness in my flyers. We also talked about all of the legal things that their business requires. I am very excited about this event and cannot wait to see how it will go.
