I chose this website because I feel like it had good information for me to be able to look back on in the future on how to help my students parents and community get involved with what we are doing in the classroom and just at the school. I chose this graph because I feel like it did a good job of explaining 4 of the principles for family engagement that I can look back to, to help me remember.

I chose these two websites because it explains why ELs are overlooked for GT programs and why they are still capable of being in them even with them being English Language learners. I hope to be able to look back on them in the future and show my colleagues that they are capable of being in the GT programs no matter what if they can qualify.

I thought the first article gave a good explanation as to what multilingual and multicultural are in a classroom setting and how to help ELs with it. The picture I chose I just thought was really cute, I remember in elementary school I loved learning about different cultures and we have flags from every country there was hanging up, my favorite day was called "international day" and there were different booths with foods,crafts, etc from that country so we got to learn about a variety of cultures.

I think it is very interesting how there are different varieties of English because everyone learns it differently from the next person. So, I thought this website is interesting explaining some of it and this image as well.
