         <description><![CDATA[<div>-&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Women have faced a disadvantage in employment and human rights since the start of time.&nbsp;<br>-&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; While other industries have seen improvement other the years, college sports are far behind. The opportunities for women in college sports are not where they should be.&nbsp;</div><div>Donna Lopiano, the women’s athletic director at Texas from 1975 to 1992</div><div>“Women are still behind the eight ball when being considered for those jobs, because sports are 20 years behind corporate America. It’s the last bastion of the male physical domination in terms of sport itself.”</div><div>-&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Women are treated differently than men in terms of pay, promotion, and job security.</div><div>-&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; College sports are mainly ran by male who then empower other males. This trend is making the progression for women harder. &nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>
