-      While other industries have seen improvement other the years, college sports are far behind. The opportunities for women in college sports are not where they should be.

“Women are still behind the eight ball when being considered for those jobs, because sports are 20 years behind corporate America. It’s the last bastion of the male physical domination in terms of sport itself.”
-          Women are treated differently than men in terms of pay, promotion, and job security.
-          College sports are mainly ran by male who then empower other males. This trend is making the progression for women harder.

This is not just a college problem, it is in youth and professional sports. 

-          Is Title IX still working or should there be a change?
-          Why are women not able to retain those positions?
-          How can more interest and money from the NCAA be given to women?

-          1972 over 90% of female teams were coached by females, now less than 46%
