There is definitely a different culture and set of beliefs growing up in Utah in this church. There is a unique culture in the medical field. Even a different language it seems at times. There is a sense of competitiveness yet mutual respect. Everyone is concerned with learning a becoming better at their position in order to help others. We appreciate a similar humor. We grew up with technology under our fingertips. We are known for multitasking a fast paced lifesyle (every second of it documented online). I can type my homework as I listen to Spotify and stretch on my yoga mat.  I was born in a world open to diversity and  looked upon with high expectations. My culture is different from my parents and even my older brothers. I log my protein shake I ate for breakfast and count the calories I burn at the gym. We believe the only failure is never trying. Me and my gym friends are always looking for new ways to eat cleaner and work out harder. The fitness culture can be intimidating yet motivating. We connect through a mutual respect for being your best self and helping others achieve their goals.
