If something is too hard for you, try something different instead of flipping your desk or breaking your controller.
 
The rationale is that if you find yourself in a position where rage-quitting seems enticing to you, the game is probably in a state of ruin for you already.

Whether it’s because the player is getting destroyed by his/her opponents, or the player has toxic teammates he/she cannot deal or cooperate with, the player at this point has accepted the fact that the game is not worth salvaging and decides to cut his losses by rage-quitting the game, and salvaging their emotions instead.
